Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System – easy to

My favorite and only thing i keep out. Love it so much this was my second one.

I was skeptical about trying a non-glass product as a slow cooker but to my surprise, the ninja works great. My latest creation was a lasagna. The unlike a crock pot, the ninja allowed me to brown the meat and saute the vegetables on ‘stove top’ mode before adding the pasta and sauce in ‘slow cooker’ mode. The dish turned out to be great and there was no dried or burned residue. I can’t wait experiment with more dishes. The product was easy to use and easy to clean.

A lot less clean up and the recipes are great. This is now my favorite kitchen appliance.

I’ve used the slow cook and stove top features already, but not the bake feature. I love it so far, but the item i wish it had is a locking lid. I bought this for my motorhome and i like the fact that it can take the place of a stove top skillet for bacon and sausage. Because it’s deep, there is less splatter. When i need to brown something (like meat) for the slow cook feature, i can do it right in the ninja then turn the dial to slow cook without an extra pan. The other thing that i would change is the length of the cord. Overall, i don’t think i’ll regret investing in it. I got a really good price on amazon.

I purchased it for my daughter and she is over-the-top delighted with this crockpot. She does a lot of volunteer work and has lots of family celebrations so this has already made her life simpler. Her biggest thrill is the ability to entirely cook spaghetti without any additional pots.

Perfect crock-pot for whatever you want to cook. I use it for chili and pot-roast. Cooks every meal to perfection.

  • 41/2 STARS
  • Amazing Product
  • luv our Ninja 3 in 1 buy 🙂

Very versatile, easy to clean.

I love the product, but i wished there had been more recipes included with the purchase. I have used my product three times and the meals have been great.

Pros: i bought this 3 months ago and use it constantly. Spaghetti sauce, chili, soup, as well as crockpot recipes. The baking feature hasn’t been as successful it bakes too quickly. It will take me some time to figure out how to adjust recipes to the ninja. Cons: in stovetop mode on high it will shut its self off for no apparent reason. I wish the arrow indicator on the knob was more clear. I have trouble figure out where it is pointing.

Great item have already used it works great set the timer and forget it will eked food items warm until you are ready to eat.

Best money ive spent my daughter loves it.

First off, let me start by stating that i am not a cook. I am trying to teach myself. The device is a good slow cooker. When i look at the recipe book, the chicken and meats look so great and mine kinda come out looking like blah. It taste great, but visually it looks like steamed food. And let’s face it, steamed meat is not that attractive. So, i will say i like the device and it is sexy looking. If i had more skills and more experience, it might say it was great.

It is the best cooking appliance ever. I have one and so do my daughters and granddaughters bought one for a friend who had no kitchen. She used it everyday to stir fry roast or bake. The cookbook recipes excellent also.

Does far more than a crock pot.

At first i thought this is too good to be true until i got to use it. I don’t like to spend much time in the kichen cooking or cleaning and this makes my life so much easier. I can still eat healthy and not waste a whole day i the kitchen. I think every kitchen should have a ninja 3 in 1. It washer was easily because of the nice material it’s made of.

I bought this for my daughter for her birthday and she loves it.

These are really nice crockpots with so many nice features, well worth the money. This is the second one i have given them as gifts and both times they were very pleased and use them all the time.

Triple Fusion Heat for faster, juicier and more flavorful cooking

It is easy to use and the food tastes wonderful. When you use the steam cooking for your meats you get the moistest meats and so tender, especially if you infuse broth, wine etc. I have baked cheese cakes as well as regular cakes in it that come out so moist. Made the 25minute meals where you just layer everything at once and cook. I rarely use my oven anymore. It is durable, and easy to clean. Wonderful for one person, two or a small family.

This is the best item i have bought in a long time. I enjoy it so much, & i use it to make all my dishes. The cooking time is less, theflavor is tasty, & i never overcook any meals including my vegetables. This purchase have gotten me a lot of complements, i sayto you thanks.

I purchased one for each of my daughters at christmas, and both called me to tell me that they were using nothing else to cook but it. That made me buy one for myself and indeed i am also thrilled with it. From roasting to steaming to slow cooking the recipes are limitless. I would recommend it an absolute need for all homes.

This is the 2nd ninja i have had the first one was ‘cooked to death’. I have an electric stove when i received my fist ninja as a present i wasn’t very happy with my gift but once i used it i fell in love. Using the ninja daily dropped my electric bill by over $70. It paid for itself the first month of using it. Amazon was amazing the ninja came 2 days early and exactly as advertised.

Wife loves it ,i think she’s going to wear it out .

The ‘ninja 3 in 1 cooking system’ is awesome. It makes cooking so much more enjoyable and easy not have to use multiple pots/pans to get a meal going.

Oven Function: 250°-425° with steam infused Roasting & Baking

I bought this for my wife and just loves all the things she can do with this cooker. Ninja is a high quality cooker.

I really love how the ninja does all the different features, liked how the babyback ribs came out fell off the bone.

It’s greathave cooked 4 meals in it every meal turned out greati used some of my own recipes with some modifications. The cooker worked out fantastic.

The product lives up to everything it says. The look of it is awesome too. It was a christmas present and when it was delivered it was just in its box not packaged at all—-so lets say it wasn’t a surprise.

What makes it different from other slow cookers is that it has a cooktop feature. You turn it on stovetop (high or low) and you can sear meats, sauté onions and garlic of whatever you need right in the same pot. Then place your other ingredients in the pot and turn it to slow cooker. The built in timer is fabulous and when the time is up it shifts to warm keeping your meal ever ready. The lid is hot as are the handles on the pot so you do need a hot pad to handle it once its heated. But the best feature for me is one that they don’t even claim as a feature, but its great and here is how it works. Do you ever have to take the lid off the crockpot and end up increasing the cook time?. If fact, even ninja directions tells you so. When i have to take the lid off, i then put the lid back on and turn it to stovetop high. As soon as i hear it boil, i go back to crockpot and reset the timer. I have not had to add cooking time for adding ingredients or stirring since i got this thing.

Really think everyone would use it.

I bought 2 as gifts and they love it. Ribs, chilli, corned beef and pot roast have been successful so far. Can’t wait to visit either brother and enjoy their next feasts.

Built-in Stovetop: Low, Med, High

Got this for the wife for christmas and she likes it and uses it alot since the holidays uses it for everything.

Awesome my hubby son n i luv to cook with it, made soo many meals with it at home and on the road at truck stops, we’ve made pizza, bread, cakes, soups stews, soup, brisket, pot roasts awesome.

I’ve even given as wedding presents.

I love having the ability to brown in the same container that i will be slow cooking in. It does not get hot enough to do brown quickly, but it has worked out for me because i prep the rest of the veggies while the meats get color. Make sure to pre-heat well before trying to brown a roast. I have used it 5 times and no complaints. I have enjoyed toe multi-levels of heat adjustment. I bought my mom one i loved mine so much.

I have only used the crockpot but temperature is even and nothing sticks.

Slow Cooker: Low, High, Buffet w/auto keep warm

I bought this for my daughter-in-law for her birthday. I have the same one myself and i love it.

Disappointed that there wasn’t a small cook book like you usually get.

I have made lots of different meals using all the features and i am extremely pleased. Some people have complained about searing. I have an electric stove and the ninja is slightly slower. If you want it to operate like gas it won’t but that’s just how electric is. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

The best slow cooker i have ever used.

Bosch Universal Plus Food Processor Attachment – Not Impressed

A perfect add-on for the bosch kitchen machine.

The safety switch is frustrating but that is my issue. I threw out my old heavy food processors in favor of this.

I love my universal bosch mixer. I got this b/c my mom had one years ago, but the design is different and the food gets stuck in the food processor ring that attaches the blade. It really could just be the attachment without the ring. I wish they would change it, but it does a good job shredding cheese, vegetables and nuts.

Has all the capability of many machines.

I’ve only owned a few low-end food processors before, so this is a major step-up for my kitchen. I love that it harnesses the power of my bosch universal and makes it a true multi-function machine and workhorse. I’ve made creamy-smooth hummus, chopped chickpeas for falafel, and will make salsa with it tomorrow – why dice by hand for something like salsa when i’m going to cook it down in the end anyhow?the only reason i’ve given it 4 stars and not 5 is that the first time i washed it, i noticed two little rust spots on the regular blade. I need to call bosch about that and see what to expect – i don’t expect a food-processor blade to rust after its first use. I have no doubt that bosch will make it right, but it was slightly disappointing to find it on the blade to begin with. 12the rust spots are now completely gone. I have no idea what happened to them or what made them go away (they weren’t on a blade’s edge), but they are gone now. But it’s also vaguely weird. I’m not complaining, i’ve just never had rust spots disappear before.

My daughter in law loves it.

  • Switching from a Kitchen Aid 11 Cup Food Processor to the Bosch 5 Cup
  • Love my Bosch!
  • The food processor attachment is pretty small but I think will be very adequate cooking

Love the whole machine, so i was excited to get this to complete the ‘set’.

I wish i would have bought this a long time ago. It is not as big as the slicer/shredder as it fits on the blender tower, but it does just what i want it to.

I can’t say enough about how much i love this food processor. I’ve made peanut butter, almond butter, grated cheese in seconds, made my own larabars. I don’t know why i didn’t buy the attachments years ago when i first bought my bosch. If you’re considering getting this, do it today.

Good beyond my wildest dreams.

It is cheap and small for the price, but it is working pretty well.

My wife loves the bosch system, but the food processor volume is smaller than what she is used to, and it does make some recipes and larger batches more work than the stand alone processor she used previously.

I make eight love of whole wheat and the machine does not even get warm. It is a work horse and a joy to use such a fine machine. If you are a bread maker this is the machine to buy.

Using the bosch universal plus food processor makes chopping, grating or blending food so very easy and handy.

This thing will puree anything. A must have attachment for your bosch food processor.

Got this for my daughter in law. She was excited and said it was exactly what she wanted.

BPA free

Arrived today and i gave it a try. I had a bit of trouble trying to attach it to the bosch universal plus mixer tower. I had to watch a video on youtube again to figure it out. It’s not clear in the manual/instruction sheet how to attach this to the unit. They should explain it better. The final product was very smooth. It worked very well, as well as i expected. I love my bosch universal plus mixer. Every year i can treat myself to a new item for it.

This is a huge addition to my bosch, which i love. This makes my slices and shredding effortless and easy clean up.

I bought the bosch universal plus mixer and its food processor attachment as a wedding shower gift. The groom is a serious cook and he regularly uses the universal plus mixer to perfectly combine the ingredients for making homemade pasta. He’s been using the food processor attachment to combine filling ingredients for homemade ravioli. The food processor is also amazing for finely and uniformly cutting vegetables for salads, sauces, etc. This is a well-made product. I was concerned the couple might not want to keep the gift but there is no way they will part with it. It’s great for a small kitchen because the universal plus mixer takes up little counter space. There is no need for a separate mixer, blender, and food processor.

Absolutely love my bosch attachments. This definitely saves me a lot of time in the kitchen.

A bit smaller than expected but i found this video on youtube which is perfect since i had no clue how to connect it.

I am so excited to begin using my new bosch universal and the attachments i received for christmas. The food processor attachment is pretty small but i think will be very adequate cooking for just the two of us. If not, i see the larger slicer shredder can be purchased when a larger quantity is desired for a larger crowd.

Included: Food processor, food Processor blade, slicing disk (reversible thick/thin), shredding and grating (reversible coarse/fine) and potato grating

It took more trial and error to figure out just how the food processor fit onto the drive receptacle than i expected, but i eventually got it aligned in the right rotational position and locked into place. With that behind me everything else worked as expected. I tested it making a couple of pounds of cranberry relish. One bag of fresh cranberries, three whole oranges a whole peeled apple and a couple of hand fulls of shelled walnuts, sweetened with about 1/3 cup of sugar and less than a half cup of added fresh orange juice to get the moisture just right. The food processor minced a whole bag of fresh cranberries fairly evenly and with a little help directing the stray oversized chunks toward the center they got sucked down for another couple of trips into the cutter blades to make a nice uniform chunky relish. It minced up all three oranges, cut in about six sections with the peel on, all at once easily. A whole peeled apple sliced in sections was minced up in a few seconds. I chopped the walnuts by hand, but they would have been easily chopped had i bothered to put them through the food processor. I assembled the cranberry relish in a large bowl and transferred it into a large container to refrigerate. This works every bit as well as our old worn out cuisinart, but it is a little smaller.

I really like this food processor so far. It did the jobs quickly without missing large chunks like i had issues with before. Really happy with this purchase.

Bosch stuff is quality and this attachment is no exception. It works perfectly like a stand-alone processor and decreased the number of appliances we need to keep in the kitchen.

We had a bosch mixer and added this so we’d have one less thing on the counter. She loves it and that’s all that matters.

I love bosch and all it has to offer.

I’ve had my kitchen aid (model kfp690cp, 670 w) for 15 years. I loved that food processor. Then the plastic bowl started having spider cracks, then more and more kept developing. I knew the bowl was going to shatter at some point. I went online to find a replacement bowl. I contacted kitchen aid and they told me that they no longer make that model and that i should buy a new food processor. The last straw was when the center attachment for the slicing disks broke. Now i could no longer use it for slicing or shredding and the bowl was becoming a safety hazard. Plastic partsi also have a kitchen aid stand mixer (model # k45ss, 250w), which i’ve had for 35 years and is still going strong.

I bought this to process the ingredients for salsa and other recipes. It did the job, but opening up and unloading is surprisingly a lengthier process than one might imagine. Because of the safety features of its design, you must remove the whole unit from your bosch before you can take the top off. And because some types if veggies like to get caught under the lid instead of get processed, which leads to a mess when the top is removed. Other than the torque you get from the bosch to power through anything, i couldn’t recommend this over a food processor that costs $50 and doesn’t trap food under the top. A huge disappointment from bosch’s otherwise fine engineering. I’m wondering how this could have made it past their quality controls and testing when this product was designed. Don’t buy unless you got money to blow.

Type: Food processor

Purchased this as a gift; the person receiving it loves it. She uses it many times a week– the processor bowl is a too small in my opinion.

This item seemed flimsy and i particularly didn’t like plastic piece required for the discs always caught and trapped large amounts of whatever you are grating — especially cheese, which made it very difficult to clean. Also, i would have really liked a ff disc added to this.

The product works as advertised but is really too small for many tasks. It only handles about a cupful of food, perhaps two?. Compared to a stand-alone food processor it falls far short, but as an addition to the universal plus mixer it is okay for small quantities.

Back to Basics TEM500 Egg-and-Muffin 2-Slice Toaster and Egg Poacher : A MUST for all kitchens!

This is something i use often. Easy to make a breakfast sandwich. I do not always use meat on my sandwich but the toaster toasts fine and cooks an egg almost anyway you like it. I use this most to boil a few eggs quickly. Boiling eggs seems simple but never was for me. The holder and measuring cup takes the guess work out of egg. The only downside is that the openings for the bread of your choice is set to one size. If you use texas toast or a bagel that is uneven parts will brown more than other. Unlike most toasters that open at the bottom to clean this does not. If it gets too dirty you most likely have to junk it and buy a new one.

It makes hard boiled eggs like a champ. Prior to buying this, i always messed up my timing when boiling eggs. Also, it poaches them to your desired degree of doneness every single time. The water measuring cup is simple, but genius. I’ve had it for a month, and use it almost every day, usually making an english muffin and egg sandwich (5 points plus on ww, for those who know what i’m talking about). Because of the reviews i read about the teflon peeling, i’m very careful and wash it by hand. Many cool gadgets are pricy, and some don’t live up to their hype.

I bought this as a gift for someone who is very difficult to buy for. I know he likes going out to a certain fast-food chain and getting a breakfast sandwich a few times a week, but he often complained about the cost and the calories. I bought him this and he laughed, which made me think he didn’t like it. After a month, he called me and asked me where i got it because he had so many compliments on it from people asking where he got it.He said he uses it every day and has a much healthier egg sandwich for breakfast. It’s also saved him moneyi decided to buy one for myself as well and it’s so easy to use and easy to clean up after. I haven’t used the meat warmer tray because i’m a vegetarian, but i’ve been told that it works great for heating up ham or already-cooked bacon. A few things i like about this toaster:1. Just a quick wipe of the egg pan daily and the occasional sweep of the water tray below it once a week. It cooks breakfast while you get ready for work.Once you put the toast and the egg in, you don’t have to worry about burning either.

I’m not going to tell you about how great this toaster is because there are over 600 reviews that have done that; believe the reviews. My issue with the toaster is that after a year of nearly daily use, it broke. The toaster still works, but the egg cooker on the side no longer works. It wasn’t broken for an hour before i had already ordered another one, if that tells you anything about how much i can’t live without this little jewel. They just started making this toaster in a stainless steel model so that’s the one i ordered (it’s $15 more. ) since that’s the newest version of the toaster, i’m hopeful that whatever problem my previous toaster had (i had the black single egg version) has been fixed in the updated model. If you want to get the stainless steel version, search for ‘westbend toaster’. If you search for ‘back to basics stainless steel toaster’ you’ll see the same toaster but listed under a different name (it costs more and they charge for shipping, but it’s the exact same. )——————update sep 5, 2010——————–a friend of mine recently ordered the black toaster and there have been some minor, but good changes. The plastic attachments have a glossier finish to them which makes them easier to clean.

I have mixed reviews of this tem500 toaster. I love the convenience of making egg muffins in the morning, really speeds up breakfast and tastes better than mcd’s. When it works, it works great. However i’m on my third unit. The first one lasted about 11 months before the egg cooking part of the toaster died (could still make toast, just not eggs). Back to basics replaced the unit since it was still under the 1 year warranty. That replacement lasted about 13 months (same issue, egg cooking mechanism stopped working but could still make toast). That was out of the 1 year warranty and they couldn’t help me and only said that they have a less than 3 percent failure rate and to unplug the unit. So i bought a 3rd unit, 4 months into it (with light use, twice a week), yet again the egg cooking mechanism stopped working. I have a hard time believing that i’m using it wrong, it’s simple to use.

Back to Basics TEM500 Egg-and-Muffin 2-Slice Toaster and Egg Poacher (Discontinued by Manufacturer) : So we had a friend stay at our house for a month while they were moving and transitioning jobs, and they asked us why we didn’t have a toaster. You see, for the past 10 years, no toaster could be found in our house. Who knows, we just never really needed one. Well, that question led to me looking around amazon for a good, cheap toaster and i came across this little beauty. For someone who hasn’t owned a toaster in over a decade, i really was hoping to find something that interested me and got me excited to “buy a toaster,” and this sure fit the bill. I haven’t had any issues with the “toaster” portion of this guy. Plug it in, put the toast in, slide the handle down, wait a bit, and poof – great toast. No issues here on desired hotness or cooking settings for toaster. I’d imagine if you’re reading the reviews you’re trying to figure out about that whole egg poacher thing. We like our egg and muffin sandwiches with scrambled eggs, so we scramble up the raw egg, put it in the egg thing, drop in the toast, and about 4-5 min later you have a great egg and muffin sandwich. The first couple of times i made them i scrambled up the egg in the egg tray thing, but it’s a bit shallow, so i worried about spilling the egg in the cooker. Now i honestly just scramble it up in a cup and poor it in. You don’t really have to do this, but it makes me feel better. The eggs cook based on how much water you put in the bottom of the egg cooker thing. More water = more well done eggs. Since we like scrambled, the goal is for them not to be runny. This comes with a measuring cup with markings for suggested water levels. I typically put it at the higher poaching level and haven’t had any issues with them being runny at all. My brother has put lower amounts of water in and noticed that they can be a bit runny, so just pay attention to the water level and you’re good to go.
